Every OTPlan at Home book is printed when you order it. Here is how shipping, cancellations and refunds work.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free. Books usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of your order.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
If your book arrives damaged, has a printing problem, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@tumblendots.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. You don’t need to send the book back.
Order didn’t arrive
If your book hasn’t arrived 4 weeks after you ordered, email us and we’ll send a free replacement.
Changed your mind
Email us as soon as you can. If your book hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full. Once a book is printed, we can’t take it back or refund it, because it was made for your order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card, or to your ESA account if you paid with ESA funds. Card refunds usually show up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
