This therapy mat is unique as it is flexible enough to fold and roll inside it. We’re using the therapy mat to make a burrito and roll the child inside to provide both proprioceptive and vestibular input.

Our muscles, joints, and skin all contain sensory receptors that contribute to proprioceptive input.
This obstacle course helps in providing light proprioceptive input through lifting and carrying and through raising and lowering the body. In addition, the child is working on improving body awareness.
